Now we’re going to start having some fun on this site! My big races (half-marathon & Duathlon Nationals) are behind me so I’m free to focus on more fun things…like posting workout videos! Plus, I’m determined to make iMovie my bitch.
This is a quick, down & dirty workout for your legs and butt. You can do several sets, or incorporate it into a workout you already do, just for some added umph…because that’s what you’re looking to achieve in those workouts, right? Of course!

I love everything about this – but mostly how darn cute you are! And tiny! I ALWAYS neglect my legs because I hate when they’re sore on a run, but the’ve always been my problem area so it’s time I did something. Thanks for this awesome video!

I know exactly how you feel about not wanting sore legs, but strength training like this (especially the plyometric work) is perfect for runners. It can only help, I promise!

Very nice video ! super nice sets of exercises, and is something that you can do every day and would not take many time of your busy schedule to accomplish that and keep up with your training and the more important have fun doing exercises and been healthy !
