Now we’re going to start having some fun on this site!  My big races (half-marathon & Duathlon Nationals) are behind me so I’m free to focus on more fun things…like posting workout videos!  Plus, I’m determined to make iMovie my bitch.

This is a quick, down & dirty workout for your legs and butt.  You can do several sets, or incorporate it into a workout you already do, just for some added umph…because that’s what you’re looking to achieve in those workouts, right?  Of course!
